Pine OS Terms of Use
1. What this is
Pine OS is an internal system operated by Pine Creative Inc. (“Pine Creative”). Access is by invitation only. These terms apply to everyone who is given access.
2. Licence
Pine Creative grants an authorised user a limited, non-transferable right to use Pine OS for Pine Creative’s business. No other licence or right is granted.
3. Acceptable use
Use Pine OS only for the purposes it was given to you for. Do not try to access data or systems you are not authorised to use. Do not share your access.
4. Third-party services
Pine OS connects to services such as QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Pine OS is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
5. No warranty
Pine OS is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pine Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Pine OS.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
